Cancellation Policy

Like many community halls, we occasionally receive cancellations at short notice, which can make it difficult to re-let the hall and can affect the income needed to keep it running for everyone. The new policy is intended to be fair to all users while helping us look after this much-loved community facility.

Colehill Village Hall Cancellation Policy

• 28 days or more before your booking: Full refund of the hire fee.
• Less than 28 days, but more than 24 hours before your booking: 50% refund of the hire fee.
• 24 hours or less before your booking: The full hire fee will be payable.

We know that sometimes unexpected situations arise. If there are exceptional circumstances, the Board of Trustees may, at its discretion, agree to a full refund regardless of when the booking is cancelled. Each request will be considered individually.
